Simply observe the following Dos and Don’ts


Use it! The more you use it, the better it will be and pure cast iron pans will only improve with age.
Simply wash with hot water and washing up brush (no chemical cleaning agents required).
Dry after washing, with cloth or paper kitchen towel.


Use chemical agents or washing-up liquid on your pure cast iron pans.
Store cooked food in your pure cast iron ware.
Allow the pure cast iron ware to remain in contact with water for prolonged periods
